B. Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
a) Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering.
b) Having experience of around 10+ years in Quality Assurance in machine manufacturing industries.
c) Experienced in IQC, FQC, QA of Precision engineering parts, Assembly of machines and New product validation.
d) Experienced in handling technical issues, reducing rejection, and quality improvement.
e) Knowledgeable in ISO, SPC, and preferably in CE certification.
f) Exposure to MS Word and Excel.
g) English medium schooling preferred.
C. Your Job Responsibilities:
C1. Principal thrust area: Ensure Quality of the machines, on-time resolving technical issues and closing international customer complaints.
C2. Key Deliverables:
a) Ensure product complies with the required quality, function and reliability, meeting international standards and customer specifications.
b) Review and monitor quality deviation, corrective action and preventive action, Packing and labeling quality and release monthly progress reports etc.
c) Involvement in new product development from the PRS (Product requirement specification) stage, preparing protocol for final validation, testing, and final report preparation.
d) Introduce new technologies, systems, jig and fixtures to reduce inspection time and improve Quality of product.
e) Identify, analyze, and fix the root causes with the involvement of the Production and Design Department to resolve technical issues and customer complaints.
f) Coordinate and communicate with international customers and sales teams in USA and Europe to resolve technical issues and customer complaints.
g) Review and Finalization of SOPs / Instruction.
h) Guide vendors to reduce the rejections. Audit vendors and inspect their facilities to get parts self-certified.

F. Job Location:
1. Tarapur MIDC. Tarapur MIDC, Boisar, Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra.
2. Tarapur- Railway station Boisar takes 1.5 hrs. by train from Borivali Station or by road via Western Express Highway.
3. Suburban local trains direct from Churchgate to Boisar Railway station are available.
4. For outstation bachelors, Company provides a subsidized bachelor’s flat on twin sharing basis.
5. For outstation families, Company provides subsidized accommodation in company owned buildings.
6. It is a requirement to be based in Tarapur / Boisar area. Relocation allowance is available.
